This Cookie Policy explains how Anchor Labs ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit or use MyIceGuide at myiceguide.com, including the secure vault, professional collaboration, document exchange, and secure communication features.

2. What cookies are

3. How MyIceGuide uses cookies
MyIceGuide uses essential cookies for authentication, session security, account access, professional portal sessions, document collaboration, secure messaging, fraud prevention, and platform security. These cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled through our cookie banner.
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to measure how the website and app are used — for example page views and key conversion steps such as registration or subscription checkout. GA4 uses cookies such as _ga and _ga_* only after you enable analytics in the cookie banner or Cookie Settings. We use Google Consent Mode v2: analytics storage remains denied until you grant consent.
You can review, enable, or withdraw analytics consent at any time on our Cookie Settings page (/cookie-settings). Withdrawing analytics consent stops GA4 from loading on future page views and updates Google Consent Mode to deny analytics storage.
Referral and affiliate attribution cookies are only used when referral features are enabled; referral features are currently disabled, so those cookies are not placed. Marketing or advertising cookies are not used.
You can delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Doing so may log you out of MyIceGuide or prevent secure access to your account until you sign in again.

Blocking essential MyIceGuide cookies will prevent login, dashboard access, and trusted contact portal sessions from working correctly.
Our cookie banner and Cookie Settings page record your choices. Essential cookies cannot be disabled because they are required to provide the service you request.
If you previously chose essential cookies only, you can enable analytics later in Cookie Settings. If you previously enabled analytics, you can withdraw consent there at any time — we update Google Consent Mode immediately and GA4 will not load on future page views.
